1) POSTPONED to a tentative date of AUGUST 28-30, 2020

2) Postpone or Cancel decision will be made by JUNE 22

3) REGISTRATION WILL RESUME JUNE 22, 2020 at 6:00pm

4) FULL REFUNDS to players that withdraw before JUNE 1

The Kitsap Classic is a great THREE day, THREE round event that will be contested at the Horseshoe Lake Disc Golf Complex in Port Orchard, Washington. The event course layout to be played will be the Kitsap Classic 27 hole course at HLGC (Canyon Course 1-3, 5, 7, 15-18 and Lakeside Course 1-18). On Friday and Saturday, players will compete for ONE round of 27 holes. On Sunday, players will compete for ONE round of 18 holes, which will consist of Holes 1-9 and Holes 19-27 of the Kitsap Classic 27 hole course at HLGC.

 

The Amateur divisions will receive a commemorative player package and will be competing for trophies (true amateur event). The overall value will be 150%+ of the net Entry Fee.

 

The Professional divisions will be competing for trophies and cash performance payout. The added cash to the Professional divisions is $3500+.

 

NOTE 1: TEE TIMES are used for the Kitsap Classic. Tee times will be posted FIVE days before event day at the PDGA Website for the Kitsap Classic. Players are responsible to know their assigned tee time.

Group A - MA60, MA50, MA40, FA1, MA1

Group B - MP60, MP50, MP40, FPO, MPO

 

Tee Times:  FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY

Group A - 7:30am to 12:00pm (Start Canyon Course Hole 1)

Group B - 12:00pm to 3:30pm (Start Canyon Course Hole 1)

 

NOTE 2: Entry Fee includes Green Fees, PDGA Fees, and Regional Fees for all Amateur and Professional players. The Pass through Fees are $40 per Entry fee.  The Professional division performance payout is derived from the Professional Entry Fees plus the required $3000+ added cash minus the authorized Pass through Fees.

 

NOTE 3: Lunch is NOT included with Event Entry.  Lunch is available for purchase by the players and spectators.

 

NOTE 4: Carts will NOT be available for players to use during official event rounds.

 

NOTE 5: Event camping is available at HLGC (Dry camping), Open Field with Porta Potty and NO Potable Water. Cost: $20 per player for the Event, Thursday afternoon to Monday morning. Check-in at the Pro Shop.

 

NOTE 6: Kitsap Classic registered players are eligible for the WSDGA member discount on green fee rates for practice rounds on the Lakeside and Canyon Courses at the Horseshoe Lake Golf Complex. Valid May 30 to June 4, 2020. Cart Rental available for purchase. Call for tee times (253-857-3326)

 

NOTE 7: Refund Policy **REGISTRATION / WAITLIST OFFICIALLY CLOSES & NO ADDITIONS WILL BE MADE AFTER MAY 28, 2020. Refund policy will follow PDGA Competition Manual procedure 1.03 (A-F). If you have any questions after consulting your rule book then please don't hesitate to contact the TD.

-Player Check-In: 30 Minutes before the Round 1 Tee Time

-Player Meeting: 5 Minutes before Assigned Tee Time

-Round 1 (Friday): Start At Assigned Tee Time

-Round 2 (Saturday): Start At Assigned Tee Time

-Round 3 (Sunday): Start At Assigned Tee Time

-Awards: 60 minutes after the divisional group round is completed
